Don't be fooled by the photo the hotel has put up. The actual picture of the place is way different. This hotel has real issue with hygiene. The entire property is infested. The condition of rooms is worse. The service is average. The food is below average. Not recommended.

The hotel divine destination is too much bad to stay with family. Rooms are too much small as compare to price. Window door has no lock in room no 403. Not hygenic, even room service facilities not good. They are not changing bedsheet and blankets for the new guest. Floor is totally dusty, not sweeping regularly. Water is not drained properly in wash basin, flush is not working in room no 402. But 2-3 staff members are very cooperative that's why this hotel is running. Disaster 1/5 rating

Room and beds are well maintained. Special Sweet room... We ary Enjoying Like Personal House. We are Got this place in Make My Trip .Com Thanks for this Joyfully Trip. Make my trip Team. Mandir is only 600mtr Distance Local market only 200mtr distance And Hatana River ant Aarti place only 800mtr distance... Over all we live like Middle in tha City varanasi Staff & Security Guard Behavior Like Family Members.. Too much Helpful... We are stay like At Home. Over All Enjoying... I suggest every one to go this hotel in any Time. Specially Thanks..Make my Trip Team

The hotel is situated opposite Mazda Parking. A very prominent landmark near that area. You can go to Dasaswamedh ghat by walk, even the Kasi Biswanath temple is within walking distance. The food quality is good and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved being here and would definitely book their hotel whenever we go back to Kasi

Hopeless location, room, room service, cockroaches in bathroom and almirah, broken bathroom door and leaking taps and washbasin without complementary goodies, worst food without proper menu and above all, the highly irresponsible and invisible management. They tried to kill with draught and acute supply of drinking water in collaboration with the tourist agency.

I BOOK A ROOM BY MAKE MY TRIP CITY VIEW ROOMS. BUT HOTEL GIVEN ME BACK SIDE ROOM. HOTEL MANAGER CHEATED. WHEN YOU BOOK BY MAKEMYTRIP. YOU ALWAYS DISAPPOINT BY HOTEL. THAT TIME NO OPTION. BE ALERT AND CAREFUL.

Very bad experience. Rooms are not clean & maintain. Staffs are very rude specially in reception. ( giving wrong guidence) very disappointed.
